A couple of years ago we had a visit from Silvia – an Italian glaze expert. She spent a week or two in our lab experimenting with reactive and raku effects – so popular in Japanese ceramics.
The colours and textures were rich and they developed intriguing edge effects – just what we were after! We launched a range of colours and shapes.....
